Implementation Methodology Overview

AIM is a methodology and toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics Ax software. AIM was designed to provide consultants with the guidelines and content to successfully deploy Microsoft Dynamics Ax solutions. In the toolkit there are project tools, templates, step by step methodologies and much more. To help position the value we bring to our customers, we’ve created service offerings. These offerings match particular phases of the Customer Solution Roadmap. This roadmap articulates for business decision makers, the phases needed to successfully deploy business solutions.

AIM covers the entire Customer Solution Roadmap and project implementation lifecycle from initiation to hand over and support. It has the flexibility to support either a phased approach implementation or an Enterprise wide project.

The objective of this methodology is to have an online Toolkit with useful guides and templates whereby we define the tasks, responsibilities and deliverables. Thus exposing to all stakeholders centralized and easy to access information.

We have adapted AIM specifically to support our vision and mission regarding project implementations. We strive for a zero fault tolerance and believe that if applied correctly, it will reduce project risk and facilitate project success. AIM does also enhance basic skills and assist in fulfilling customer expectation for a successful project.
